Our Leadership
Frank Aleo – Founder & Director of Operations
Mr. Aleo has been successfully engaged in commercial business finance and real estate financing for more than forty years. Beginning with financing and leasing programs for enterprise computing solutions in businesses all over the country, he founded a foreclosure remediation business that provided much needed financial alternatives to homeowners across the Atlantic Seaboard. Investing in single and multi-family properties, he built a substantial portfolio of rental-income properties across the eastern United States from Florida to New England. He has closed an exceptionally wide range of transactions either as a principal or broker, covering just about any scope, nature or size you can imaging.
Richard L. Frost – President & CEO
Richard L. Frost is a seasoned business executive and investment banker with a wealth of experience across high-technology and alternative energy sectors. He has held various positions as Vice President or President of a number of companies, some of which were NYSE-listed public companies in the finance, high-tech, hospitality and business services industries. He is a graduate of the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, and a former combat cameraman in Vietnam with the U.S. Army.
James Palmer - Director of Real Estate Development
Throughout his more than 40 years of experience in the real estate sales and development industries as an agent, a very experienced real estate broker and an investor, Mr. Palmer has navigated every twist and turn in both the real estate and capital markets. Having grown a very successful brokerage and focusing on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial markets across the Ohio Valley and throughout the eastern and central United States, he has closed many successful transactions from Florida to Texas, and from the Carolinas to Wisconsin. For a number of years, he also served as operations manager for a mid-sized oil exploration and operating company developing oil and gas reserves throughout the Illinois and western Appalachian regions. That’s not the first time that his wide-ranging experience and business acumen has let successful leaders from other industries to seek out his counsel and expertise.
